FROM ENQUIRY TO ENROLMENT

A clear path from enquiry to course commencement

1. Send an enquiry

Tell us which qualification you are considering and share your current role, experience, goals and preferred contact details through the online enquiry form.

2. Receive current course information

We will email the current course overview, commencement arrangements, expected duration, tuition fees, available payment options, entry and suitability requirements, technology needs and any workplace evidence requirements.

3. Complete enrolment and LLN

If you decide to apply, WBS will send you the Student Enrolment Form and the appropriate Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) Assessment. Complete both documents fully and complete the LLN Assessment independently.

4. Provide identity evidence

Return the completed documents with two valid forms of identity evidence, such as a passport, driver licence or Medicare card. WBS will provide secure submission instructions. Do not send identity documents through the public enquiry form.

ONBOARDING, STUDY AND COMPLETION

Structured online study with trainer support

Following a successful application review and completion of the agreed payment step, WBS will coordinate a Zoom onboarding meeting with you and your trainer and activate your Moodle account. Learning and assessment are completed online, with trainer guidance and feedback. Your commencement arrangements will be confirmed in writing before you start.

5. Application review and payment

WBS checks eligibility, entry requirements, LLN support needs, identity evidence and completed enrolment documents. You will confirm the current fees and payment arrangement before payment and onboarding.

6. Zoom onboarding and Moodle access

After the required payment is received, WBS coordinates a suitable Zoom meeting time with you and your trainer, explains the study and assessment process, and provides your Moodle login.

7. Study, assessment and feedback

Work through the learning materials and assessments in Moodle, attend arranged Zoom support, submit the required evidence and respond to trainer feedback. Some tasks may require access to workplace information, people, projects or approved simulated conditions.

8. Qualification issued

When every required unit has been completed and assessed as competent, and all qualification requirements have been met, WBS will issue the applicable nationally recognised certification documentation.

Ready to receive current course information?

Submit the online enquiry form and we will reply with current course details, commencement arrangements, tuition fees, available payment options and the requirements that apply to your chosen qualification. Please do not upload or send identity documents through the public enquiry form.

IMPORTANT STUDENT INFORMATION

Information before enrolment and payment

Before you enrol or make a payment, WorkForward Business School will provide written information for your chosen qualification. This includes the current course fee and any non-tuition charges, payment schedule and due dates, withdrawal and refund conditions, entry and suitability requirements, expected duration, delivery and assessment arrangements, technology and resource requirements, and available student support.

Please review this information and your enrolment agreement carefully. Do not make a payment until you have received the current written course information and had the opportunity to ask questions.

Fees, payments, withdrawals and refunds

Fees and payment arrangements vary by qualification and individual training plan. Your written course information will state the total tuition fee, any other compulsory charges, instalment amounts, payment dates and accepted payment methods.

Withdrawal and refund conditions are provided in writing before payment and form part of the enrolment agreement. To request a withdrawal or refund, email wbs@wbs.edu.au. Any refund is assessed under the applicable written agreement, taking account of payments received, training already provided and the circumstances of the request.

Student support and reasonable adjustment

Tell us before enrolment if you may need language, literacy and numeracy support, technology assistance, accessibility support or a reasonable adjustment. WorkForward will discuss suitable support while maintaining the requirements of the relevant training product.

During study, students can contact trainers for clarification and assessment feedback and contact the administration team for enrolment, Moodle and progress assistance.

Complaints and appeals

Prospective and enrolled students may raise a concern, complaint or assessment appeal without disadvantage. Contact the Chief Executive Officer in writing at wbs@wbs.edu.au or at Level 4, 84โ€“86 Mary Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010.

WorkForward will acknowledge a formal complaint within three working days, commence its review within 10 days and aim to finalise the matter within 30 calendar days. If more time is required, the student will receive written reasons and regular progress updates. The outcome and reasons will be provided in writing. An internal appeal and, where required, an independent external review are available.

This process does not prevent a person from seeking external advice or assistance. Ask us for the current Complaints and Appeals Policy and applicable form at any time.
