We aim to help students turn existing experience into stronger capability and apply new knowledge more confidently at work.

Your learning journey

From first enquiry to qualification completion

We use a clear process so prospective students understand the course, costs, entry requirements and study commitment before enrolment.

1

Enquire

Tell us which qualification interests you and provide basic information about your role, experience and goals.

2

Review course information

We provide current information about delivery, commencement arrangements, expected duration, tuition fees, payment options and assessment requirements.

3

Complete enrolment checks

Applicants complete the enrolment form and LLN assessment and provide the required identification. Eligibility and suitability are reviewed before admission.

4

Onboarding

After admission and payment arrangements are confirmed, we coordinate an online meeting and establish access to the Moodle learning platform.

5

Learn and complete assessment

Students work through learning resources and assessment tasks, supported by trainer guidance, feedback and progress communication.

6

Complete the qualification

Certification is issued after every required unit has been assessed as competent and all applicable administrative requirements are complete.

What students can expect

Flexible delivery with clear expectations

  • Online access to structured learning and assessment resources through Moodle.
  • Trainer and assessor guidance, clarification and assessment feedback.
  • Online meetings arranged where orientation, support or assessment discussion is required.
  • Transparent information about fees, payment arrangements and study requirements before enrolment.
  • Assessment decisions based on evidence and the requirements of each unit of competency.
  • Recognition of Prior Learning or Credit Transfer considered where applicable evidence and course requirements allow.
  • Respect for student privacy, records and personal information.
  • Support to understand the course level and whether it is appropriate for current experience and goals.
Flexible does not mean automatic. Students must actively participate, submit authentic work and meet every assessment requirement. Completion time varies, and a qualification does not guarantee employment, promotion or a salary outcome.

Our commitment

Clear information, credible assessment and respectful support

Be transparent

We want students to understand the course, costs, entry requirements, assessment expectations and likely study commitment before making an enrolment decision.

Protect quality

Nationally recognised qualifications require genuine learning and valid assessment. Competency is awarded only when the required evidence meets the applicable standards.

Support progress

We encourage students to communicate early, use trainer feedback and maintain a realistic study routine that works alongside employment and personal commitments.
